We will happily Exchange or Replace any damaged items.

• Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Item must be returned in original shape, packaging (where applicable) and with all pieces if arrived damaged.
• Custom items are excluded from standard return process please contact us directly by phone to initiate this process.
• Please send photo of damaged item along with best way to contact and proof of purchase with a reason for your return.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange in the event we determine return requirements weren't met. (I didn't like it is not a sufficient excuse for return. Sorry.)
